Building for the Future

$20 Million Development Plan

WESTERN FOYER & CONFERENCE CENTRE WORKS BEGIN!

The first stage of a $20 million development plan has begun!

Members would have noticed construction fences and works being undertaken as you drive into the Club’s main entrance and along Boronia Road.

Stage One involves bringing a high voltage electricity supply into the Club. At present, the Club’s power supply is at its maximum capacity and before any further works or developments can commence, the electricity supply must be upgraded. These works which will cost $1.8 million and take approximately three months to complete, will future proof the Club and allow for future energy savings and initiatives such as solar.

Introducing

Signatures Buffet

A WHOLE NEW DINING EXPERIENCE IS COMING TO SAINTS…

The Club is extremely excited to announce changes to our restaurant operations which will see wonderful new & unique dining experiences brought to Saints.

Following extensive research, the Board of Directors developed a vision for the future of the Club’s restaurants, one that would complement culinary trends and ensure that the Club was able to exceed the needs and expectations of our Members and the community, both now and into the future.

As such, the Board called for submissions from the existing caterer and restaurateurs to develop strategies and designs that would bring the Board’s vision to life. Following a review of the submissions and subsequent discussions with operators, we found that the Board’s vision was shared with the well respected and successful catering operator, Michael Lau. Michael operates restaurants in ten clubs across Sydney and Melbourne and I am pleased to advise that he will join the Saints team in March, taking over the Waterstone Grill and Buffet Restaurant operations.

In order to reinvent the dining experiences, the Bambusa Buffet Restaurant will be completely stripped back to allow for a new style of buffet restaurant including on-show cooking, new food stations, a greater variety of food, beautiful new décor, furnishings and ultimately a whole new look, atmosphere and experience.

Please join us in welcoming Michael Lau and the team from Signature to Saints!
