Every event starts with a clear understanding of your goals, ideas and expectations. Whether the need is simple and elegant décor for a reception dinner or an elaborate themed party, our Functions & Events Coordinator will assist with every element of your event.
No production is too big or too intimate. We can beautifully accommodate groups that require a venue for 10 people or 600 people. Great functions involve more than great facilities, you also need superior service, great food and flexibility to ensure all of your event needs are satisfied.
When you book an event at Saints you also acquire the services of our Functions & Events Coordinator to ensure that every detail unfolds just the way you planned it. From your first appointment, to long after we have welcomed your guests, your “one point of contact” will be there every step of the way. The Boronia Room has been equipped with the latest audio visual, sound and lighting technology. Three large screens hidden in the ceiling can be lowered at the touch of a button and the sound system can cater for multiple microphones. The advanced lighting technology has been specially designed to create the right atmosphere for each individual event. For some functions it can bathe the room in a kaleidoscope of colour while spotlights can trace each movement of a speaker or performing artist. All other rooms are equipped with the same audio, sound and lighting technology
The Western Weekender Stadium is located adjacent to the Club and is an ideal venue for those looking for something outside the square. The Corporate Area located at the top of the stadium has panoramic views over the field and surrounding bushland. Suitable for events from 10 to 120 people offering full bar service and specialised catering requirements.

The playing surface of the Western Weekender Stadium is regarded as one of the best outside any NRL ground and is available for team building activities.
